What if I get a flat tire?
Our trailers come equipped with Schwalbe™ Big Ben Plus tires (20x2.15, ETRTO 55-406), renowned for their puncture resistance. The 20-inch wheels are standard ETRTO sizes, and the inner tube can be replaced on the road without tire levers.
Are spare parts available?
Absolutely. While our robust design minimizes the need for replacements, all spare parts are readily available.
Can I attach the trailer to different bikes?
Yes, we can supply multiple attachments for different bicycles.
How can I park my bike and trailer?

You have two options:
1. Lay your bike down
2. Use your bike and trailer’s kick stand.
Our trailer kick stand is proposed as a custom option at €80. It works exactly as a bike kick stand, allowing you to fold it back or deploy it as needed.
Can I use my trailer as a mobile sales stand?
Yes! To do so, we recommend ordering your trailer with a cover. To access the inside of the trailer while your equipment is placed on the cover, you have several options. Don’t hesitate to contact us to customize the trailer to your needs. You will probably need 4 support legs, one at each corner of the trailer, depending on your usage. The two at the back are height-adjustable to ensure the stand's stability.
What is the delivery time?

Your trailer is delivered in 2 packages. One contains the chassis, the wheel axle, and any additional frame parts, either disassembled or folded (if it's the foldable model). The other contains the wheels, the drawbar, the bike attachment, and a few necessary pieces. A very simple assembly guide is provided. If you have any trouble, you can always call us.
What tools do I need to assemble my trailer?

Two 10mm open-end wrenches and two 13mm open-end wrenches (or two combination wrenches 10/13mm), and a 4mm Allen key for the bike support. A ratchet wrench will reduce the assembly time from 20 minutes to 15, but it’s not required.
Can I protect the contents of my trailer from theft?
Our hinged cover can be secured with a latch that allows for a padlock.
